ACT Workshop
During 1 or 2 days, we uncover how to trigger and sustain growth and performance at an individual and team level. To do this, we leverage the ACT model (also called the Growth Cycle) and its three main components: Awareness, Conviction and Trust, which enable us to go through the cycle.
